Mr. Kenneth Turner from Irmo High School in Columbia, South Carolina conducts the Clinic Band at this years Region 4 All State Band Concert. Nearly 250 musicians from over 45 middle and high schools performed at West Ashley High School in Charleston, South Carolina. The other clinicians included Joseph Meshach from Forest Circle Middle School in Walterboro, SC; Joni Mabry Brown from Bates Middle School in Sumter, SC; Sid Haton from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC.
