Here is some very important information relating to any orders
placed with BandLife, either online or at any of our many events.
All individual orders are shipped using the US Postal Service
and are mailed using 1st Class postage.
Group or package orders are shipped using either USPS or via
UPS.
Important: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for ALL
orders. Some events are shipped much faster than this, but you should still
allow this 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as certain times of year or the scale of
the event dictates a longer production time. Also, pictures and past years
items can take longer as well.
If you receive an order that is defective, damaged or mistakenly
received the wrong item, please follow the procedures below:
1. Keep the packaging your order was shipped in, and use
this to return your order.
2. Place a note within your returned item which includes your
Name, Address and Phone number, and a note mentioning as to why you are
returning. Ex. Broken or won't play.
3. Return to: BandLife PO Box
1161 Zephyrhills, FL 33539
4. Damaged or defective orders that are returned are processed
and re-shipped as soon as possible, most within only a couple of days,
sometimes quicker. Some may take a few days depending on BandLife's event
schedule, but returned orders are top priority.
